EXAMPLES

The following are two examples of One Day Trainings. Clearly these serve as suggestions, but you are free to schedule as you see fit, allowing two hours for each session if you want to include workgroups or Q&A. In some cases, the content can be restricted to presentation only and each session can be reduced to 90 minutes.

These examples use three of my more popular trainings; Leadership Foundations, Knowledge, Trust and Proficiency, and Influence and the Relational Baseline. However, the content for each session is chosen by you.

Every training session includes a 32 page booklet written around the main theme and includes diagrams, fill-ins, and extensive room for notes and self-reflection.
